If, after an order has been placed, it becomes clear that the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and any paid amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

All prices displayed in the online store are in euros unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs may be added to the price and will be shown to the customer before the final confirmation of the order and payment.

The sales contract enters into force from the moment the customer places the order and pays for it, unless otherwise provided by law or by the specific payment solution. The online store sends an order confirmation after accepting the order.

The online store has the right to refuse to fulfill an order in exceptional cases, including where the product price or availability has been displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, where fraud is suspected, or where fulfillment is objectively impossible.

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information when placing an order. The online store is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All content of the online store, including texts, images, layouts, and other materials, is protected under applicable law, and its use without permission is not allowed except where permitted by law.

The online store has the right to amend these terms. The latest version of the terms will be published on the website, and the terms in force at the time of placing the order will apply to the customer.

The online store delivers goods according to the delivery options shown during checkout. Available delivery methods may depend on the customer’s location, the ordered product, and the specific supplier.

Available delivery methods may include parcel machines, courier delivery, postal delivery, or other shipping methods shown during checkout. Where specifically offered, customer pickup may also be available.

The exact delivery cost is shown to the customer during checkout before payment is made. Delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method, destination country, product dimensions, weight, and supplier conditions.

The expected and maximum delivery time may vary by product. The usual delivery estimate is shown on the product page or during checkout. If an item is shipped from an overseas warehouse or a third-party supplier, delivery may take longer than a standard domestic shipment in Estonia.

If an order contains products from different suppliers or warehouses, they may be shipped separately and delivery times may differ. In such cases, the customer will be informed during order processing or in the order confirmation.

The online store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics providers, customs procedures, holiday periods, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the store’s control. In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information when placing the order. The online store is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If a shipment arrives damaged or the customer has not received it within a reasonable time, the customer should contact the online store as soon as possible at ismetssilver@gmail.com.

The customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made in the online store within 14 days from receiving the goods, unless otherwise provided by law.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging. The customer may inspect the goods in the same way as would be allowed in a physical store, but the goods must not be used more than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

To return a product, please contact us by email at ismetssilver@gmail.com and provide the order number, the name of the returned item, and the reason for return. After receiving the return request, we will provide further instructions.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the reason for return is that the product does not correspond to the order or is defective.

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice. The online store may delay the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

If the returned goods have been used more than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they have been damaged due to the customer's actions, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in value of the goods.

If the customer discovers that the delivered goods are incorrect, defective, or damaged during transport, the online store must be informed as soon as possible, preferably within 3 working days of receiving the goods.

Therefore, delivery, return, or warranty terms for individual products may vary depending on the item or supplier. Where special conditions apply to a specific product, they will be shown on the product page or communicated during the ordering process.

Warranty rights are governed by the applicable consumer protection laws of Estonia and the European Union. In the event of a defective product, the customer has the right to contact the online store within a reasonable time and provide a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the defect.

Goods that are excluded from return under applicable law cannot be returned, including sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened, perishable goods, and other exceptions provided by law.
